Shipping and payment information
The dispatch of the articles takes place usually within 14-21 days after order. In each product description beside the price we refer to the special delivery times and forwarding expenses, so that you keep the overview. We are also happy to deliver to an address of your choice, for example neighbours, friends or acquaintances.
Shipping costs
The minimum shipping costs in our online shop are from 125 EUR (shipping). The respective shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and in the order process. That's something to watch out for. We supply the area of Europe (EU), Europe and as well European countries. Our shipping partners are: DHL, DPD and United Parcel Service.

We deliver your order free of charge to your home within EU from a value of goods (only cosmetic products) of EUR 1,000 -. We will refund the shipping costs separately after the order by credit note!
